Learning communication and assessment includes a list of different theories, principles, and models that help maintain a good teaching environment. Behaviour management is about guiding a child's behaviour for taking proper steps in behavioural development. The study provides a detailed understanding of various models relating to own practices and discussing behavioural management.

Illustrating theories, principles and models relating to own practices and the way it is taken into accounts

The following are the models relating to own practices

Learning theory: This theory describes how the students' process is received in knowledge learning (McCarthy, 2017). Using this model, I change the behaviour of the students towards narrow study. This enables us to focus on single areas rather than focusing on the complexities of human theory.

Motivation theory: Concentrating on motivation theory, the focus is made on Maslow as it helps in understanding the way in which a person can drive towards a particular goal. I use this theory to motivate the students towards more productivity (Ibrahim, 2017).

Herzberg theory: This theory is called a two-factor theory, where a particular factor of teaching environment has been described. As per Armstrong (2019), the theory focuses on job attitudes where growing importance regarding responsibilities and advancement is focused. This theory is used for creating a safe work environment where more contribution is made to job satisfaction.

Discussing theory of behaviour management

The theory of management behaviour contrasts with scientific management; there is a focus on optimising man as a machine in the behavioural management focus (Acharya, 2017). The focus is made on management which is concerned with worker motivation. It is also referred to as the human relational movement where the focus is made on work's human dimension.

The following are the theories of behavioural management

Mary Parker Follett: This theory focuses on the pull rather than a push approach in motivating the employee. The theory makes a difference between the power over and power which has been made (Lebor, 2017). The ideas of negotiation are made, resulting in conflict resolution, which helps shape the modern management theory.

Mayo Management theory: This focuses on employee motivation where more relation is made on the factors which provide a monetary reward where the focus is made on lighting and humanity. Here a matrix that provides illustration is made on making the team reach great success. The theory states the role of various combinations that help in group cohesiveness play in the team's effectiveness.

Creating and maintaining a safe teaching environment

In order to create a safe environment, there lies a need for analysing the current scenario, which will result in determining the correct perspective resulting in better maintaining of teaching environment.

Remaining calm

Here there is a need for attaining every question for the student. This helps in the proper understanding of where the concentration is required to be made (Alok et al., 2017). The students are required to interact with the teachers. This allows them to understand where the difficulty lies (Deakin & Kupchik, 2018). There is a need for understanding what the child wants, and it is linked with the need theory.

Giving everyone the opportunity

In the communication process, there is a need for giving everyone the chance to speak on the topic (Fenner et al., 2020). There lies a need for following the correct safety measures, which help in creating trust and confidence among the students (Prihartono, & Asandimitra 2018). The idea is to create positive energy, which helps in boosting up the safety measures, which helps in following through the consequence. These interlinks with Herzberg theory, where the idea lies in making the measures for every opportunity to model practice.

Conclusion

From the above topic, it can be concluded that behavioural management helps in creating an appropriate environment where a clear boundary is created that aims at developing a positive behaviour of the children like respect towards each other.
