It is important for the firms to have effective strategies related to the employee motivation and retention which can help them in managing the employees in an effective manner. In support to this McDonnell, et. al., (2017) had also mentioned that the businesses need to manage the effective talent management strategies, effective leadership and better human resources management which would help them in managing the employees and their performance in the company in an effective manner.
Tamzid, and Parves, (2017) had mentioned that the Sainsbury is having effective strategies for satisfying the employees with their jobs and for this Sainsbury is offering competitive salary and better benefits to the employees of the company. Better pay and benefits are helping the organisation in managing the employees in an effective manner and motivating them to deliver high quality work.

Using the mixed data collection method would help the researcher in researcher in conducting an high quality research study.

Data analysis is being referred as the method used by the researcher for analysing the collected data for the research study. Using the best data analysis method is very important for the research as the result and the outcomes of the research depends on the data analysis method used. For the current research study the researcher focuses on using the thematic data analysis method in which the researcher would develop the themes and will represent the results of the research study in an appropriate manner.
Sampling
Sampling is being referred as the process of selecting the appropriate group of peoples on which the primary research would be conducted. There are two different method widely used for the purpose of sampling and these methods are termed as the probability sampling and non-probability sampling. While managing the business operations it is important for the company to focus on managing positive relations within the organisation (Smith, and Bititci, 2017). The case company is having better relationships between the managers and employees of the company which is helping them in managing the business operations in an effective manner. In contrast to this some of the respondents had also said that the firm is not having better relation and for this the company needs to work on it. It can be said that employee relations are important in the operation management and better employee relations helps the businesses in talent management.
Organisational culture and talent management
The culture of the organisation in which the employees are working affect the overall quality of the work delivered by them and also have an impact on the talent management of the company (Islami, et. al., 2018). Sainsbury is having well defined ethics and having an organisational culture based on it which is helping them in managing the human resource in an effective manner and this also helps them in retaining the employees and reducing employee turnover.
Job satisfaction and talent management
Satisfaction of the employees from their job is having an significant impact on their talent management. In this report it is being found that not all the employees are satisfied with their jobs although the company is offering better pay and better benefits to the employees of the company (Amin, et. al., 2017). It can be said that company needs to develop better strategies for managing the talent in an effective manner and satisfying the employees with their jobs.

Human resource is considered to be a most important resource of the company and with the increasing competition talent management had become important for all the businesses. Talent management is important for all the business for managing the business operations in an effective manner (Islam, et. al., 2018). From the primary research it is being found that the case company Sainsbury is having a better talent management strategy and managing the human resource in an effective manner so that they can deliver better performance in the organisation. From the questionnaire survey it is being found that the case company is offering better pay to the employees and offering them competitive salary which is helping them in retaining the employees. Along with this the other factors such as employees retention policies and the motivational strategies applied by the company are helping them in manging talent in an effective manner and motivate them to deliver high quality work in the firm (Al-Ali, et. al., 2019). Along with this the case company is also having better strategies for recruiting highly qualified employees for the company.
Conclusion
The above-mentioned research study explain that talent management is important for the businesses and it is important for the company to manage the employees working in the operation management in an effective manner. In this study the results of both primary and secondary research reflects that the case company Sainsbury is having better talent management strategies but needs to focus on developing better organisation culture, positive employee relations and should motivate the employees for delivering better performance in the firm. It can be concluded that businesses needs to have effective talent management strategies which can help them in gaining competitive advantage over others and managing all the business operations in an effective manner.
