Closing

A delay of 4 days was faced in the completion of the project, and the delay was caused because the resources allocation of the tasks was being changed. Kenneth. K is being replaced with Selina, David, and Ellis. C which has also caused the fluctuation in the costs that are needed for the creation of each of the task packets of the project. The task of developing the front-end functionalities faced delays and changes in the resources that are allocated for the task packet (Erickson & Halford, 2020). The delay has caused the risk of not completing the project in the time plan as estimated to be 6 months. The use of the technique of fast-tracking to overcome this delay of 4 days to complete the project in the predicted time.

Conclusion

The MEMO is being created to evaluate the development of the application and to incorporate the change that is integrated into the application of travel for the company, The Handy Travel Co. Ltd. The change of the project manager, from Kenneth K is being evaluated in the different stages of the project and the changes of the resources has caused for the change in the baseline costs, but the costs have not been crossed the proposed budget and the use of the fast-tracking method is used to complete the project on time by tackling with the delay in the timeline.
