An individual should improve and enhance their essay writing skills and improve their memory and enhance their right learning style for them (Oxford Royale Academy, 2021). In order to enhance their academic skills a student must hire a private tutor in order to help themselves to improve their grades. According to me, I possess a lot of strengths and weaknesses in the academic skills which I need to look after in order to develop my core skills in the education field. At first every individual is aware about the fluency and the flexibility in English language which is considered as the key element of education and learning. While accomplishing the core skills in English language, an individual must be required to talk about the Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Reading, Writing, speaking, Accuracy and Confidence in the learning department. My strength is that I am effectively good at the English grammar, where I can also acknowledge a lot about the vocabulary because I often read in English. My attention to details and showing interest in listening is good as I often listen to English Radio and read english magazines. My weakness in academic skills is that I acquire problems in writing where I am not confident enough when I speak as my pronunciation is not effective in terms of academic skills. I should start developing myself in Digital literacy, Critical thinking, creative Writing, leadership, non-verbal communication and interaction and develop the ability in problem-solving. Socialising and Visual communication is one of the effective assets in academic skills.

This assignment has conducted secondary research (data analysis) which explains the collection of data through articles, magazines, journals, newspapers and internet sources through research. Secondary data is of two types: Internal and External data (Outsource2india.com, 2021).

I really need to improve my work through enhancing and developing my academic skills. I have identified my weaknesses in the academic skills and in order to improve that, I should adopt the positive and adequate mental attitude for learning and development. I should pay more attention in the classroom and ask questions regarding the parts which I am having problems with. I should focus more on essay writing, scientific writing, report writing, reflective writing and my pronunciation. In order to measure my improvement I need to utilise the SMART goals objectives in order to access my developments.

Specific: I should start developing myself in Critical thinking, Digital literacy, creative Writing, leadership. I need to focus more on my pronunciation as it is not effective in terms of academic skills. I should also look through my core competencies to become an effective leader like Sir Richard Branson (Patnauniversity.ac.in, 2021).

Measurable: I need to measure my goals with the help of tutors and their feedback on my self-improvements. This will be measurable for me when I get to notice my fluency and my flexibility in the academic fields, when I can speak fluent english without any hesitation or any grammar mistakes (Livelymindstutoring.com, 2021).

Achievable: I need to measure my improvements through working hard daily on reading books, articles, good communications, watching english films or web-series, reading newspapers and many more. This is an effective way to improve and achieve my english skills along with listening power ((Smartsheet, 2021).

Relevant: This goal is very essential for me as it will help me to develop my self in the acetic career which is very essential for my educational career and it will help me in the future. Apart from that I believe that this goal is worthwhile for my future as this will help me to become an effective leader in the organisational sectors (Smartsheet, 2021).

Timeline: It will take maximum 1 month to 2 months to develop myself in the academic field.

Reflection 

I have acquired vast knowledge on academic skills. Academic skills inspire and encourage the pupils to become more effective learners. There are a vast number of skills required in the introduction of the academic skills such as the writing, reading, listening, creativity, collaboration, language and many more. According to me an individual should improve and enhance their essay writing skills and improve their memory and enhance their right learning style for them. In order to enhance their academic skills a student must hire a private tutor in order to help themselves to improve their grades. I should focus more on essay writing, scientific writing, report writing, reflective writing and my pronunciation. I have identified my weaknesses in the academic skills and in order to improve that, I should adopt the positive and adequate mental attitude for learning and development. On a daily basis I am reading books, articles, good communications, watching english films or web-series, reading newspapers and many more.
