To eliminate those issues, some recommendations will be provided for the health care organization for giving quality services to the patients. These are as follows:

  • Facilitate communication: The first step that should be done by the health care organizations is to improve the communication between the team members. It has been analysed that effective communication will be an essential part of the successful delivery of health care services (Gallagher et al., 2020). This should be done by the health care organizations for eliminating or removing the key issues concerning the team effectiveness. It has been identified that building effective team communication is very important.

  • Handling conflicts: For managing the team members effectively, healthcare organizations should be able to handle the conflicts among the team members. The team effectiveness will be playing an important role in providing quality delivery to the patients in the health care organizations.
