This presentation will be providing comparison data that has been process in the Microsoft excel. Skills of using excel sheet for data analysis, processing, and presentation will be reflecting in the report. Various charts, graphs, and information tables will be used in the report to provide better of information processes in the Microsoft Excel

The introductory note about the "United Nations Convention for Rights of Person with Disabilities" or UNCRPD is a consideration for an international treaty that has been identified to promote rights for individuals who are physically disabled. The treaty also considers the obligations that have been reconciled in the Parliament along with the NI Assembly to promote, give protection and also ensure the rights (Chibaya et al. 2021). It has aimed at ensuring the procurement when it has highlighted that disabled people must enjoy equal rights as other humans without any disabilities. With the ratification of this UN assembled convention in the year 2009, the UK has committed to promoting complete protection with full enjoyment of human rights by the individuals and thus ensuring that they have full access to equality by the law.

The Convention thus covers various areas to ensure the rights regarding Health-related aspects, Education, Employment opportunity, Accessibility to Justice, Personal security, Free and independent living, Accessibility to information. While understanding the importance of this UN assembled convention for disabled people this assignment has incorporated the necessary demarcation with particular focus on the severity of the health issues for these individuals and independently pertains to the support and intervention promoted by the nurse while caring for the patients (Duffy and Kelly, 2017). The study also promotes an understanding of how this convention is diligently followed in the healthcare system to give equal opportunity to disabled patients without induction of any unsecured act.

The investigation has served the understanding about certain obligations that are faced by disabled individuals while being assisted with healthcare facilities, education, or on the ground of employment. They have limited access to the facilities or even no access to impaired services. However, with the enabled force from the UN Convention regarding Rights for the Disabled Persons, the inception of disabilities has been observed and understood as part of human rights assembled issues (Callus and Camilleri-Zahra, 2017). Further, it has been also acknowledged that disability is an important categorization of development issues with increased body disproportion, which has been condemned with socioeconomic issues and poverty as compared to a normal human being.

The concern to the convention that has been devised by the UN for the disabled individual is promoted on a particular concept of understanding the rights with self-determination and choice through nursing support and care for the disabled patients have been discussed suggestively. The study has encouraged the suitable flow of knowledge and information about "human rights in patient care" which critically defines the application adheres to the principles of human rights that contextualize patient care. Thus, overall, the assignment will bring an understanding about individual rights for the disabled person with the advent of healthcare facilities and equally acknowledging the support and intervention promoted by the nurse regarding patient-care.

Discussion

The concept about understanding human rights in patient care highlights the applicable measures that are added to principles of human rights contextualizing patient care. The promotion of alternative principles in the growing course about patient rights has evolved with widespread as well as severe violations in human rights within the healthcare settings (Muthengi, 2019). In comparison to the patient right which is typically recognized as part of a consumer framework, the latter concept has been derived from the inherent human dignified Moto and neutrally applied to universal norms. Further, the legal recognition with these principles is also acknowledged that protects both the patients and the providers and also ad meets the limitations that can necessarily be justified with the norms. The principle recognizes the intermittent relationship in between a care-provider and a patient is the rights reserved in the context where the providers seem to face simultaneous obligations add years to the patient's condition and also due to the force albeit violating the human rights.

The lens optimized by human rights provides means for examining the systemic issues as well as the responsibilities of the state (Carey, 2021). The principles related to human rights applicable to patient care services include not only the right to attend the highest health standard that covers both positivism and negativism regarding guarantees but also the civil as well as political rights. The letter writes are typically ranging from patients' freedom from torture or inhuman treatment to the liberty and the security provided to the person. It also focuses its attention on the rights for those socially and accepted groups to set free from any kinds of discrimination while delivering the necessary health service. Further, the critical-rights regarding the providers include “freedom of association” as well as enjoying the decent work condition. Thus, some of these (if not all) preferred human-rights correspond to the rights that are necessarily articulated within the "patients’ rights" charters.

Patients’ care can be considered as a discrete and the most important aspect with a profuse understanding of the rights related to health while giving merit attention and scrutiny towards the issues. The critical acknowledgment and understanding of the variety in the human rights that are occurring within patient care mainly include civil and political rights (Naruse et al. 2017). While concerning the ever matter which has been identified almost in every part of the world the phrase as well as a concept of human rights in patient care has been identified in recent times as growing usage of framework to monitor document and analyze the abuse of used in the healthcare settings and also in some cases accounting the involvement of Government and other bodies. Reviewing the matters, the study has equally outlined the framework for the human rights related to patient care and also contextualized the UN convention for promoting rights to disabled persons and at the same time acknowledges the support and intervention promoted by the nurses within the healthcare setting (Northway et al. 2019). A distinct characterization about the UN assembled convention for the disabled people has provided the information about its relevance and also supported with evidence to induce an insight for its convenience especially as part of patient care.

The consideration for the principle that entails the "respect for the dignity of the person" has drawn attention from the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" assembled by the United Nation in 1948. It proclaims with the basis adheres to freedom, justice, and the peace that has been founded as part of recognition (Chang et al. 2020). This principle has been acknowledged and approved by the European convention that determines "Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedom" assembled by the Council of Europe in 1950, the "Constitution of Ireland" assembled by the Government of Ireland in 1937 and the "United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities" (UNCRPD) assembled or ratified by the Government of Ireland in 2018 being associated as the referral to value the standards established in promoting respect to the dignity of a person.

Concerning the above principle and the assembled body, the value promised to pay respect to the dignity of the person is mainly associated with the following:

Midwives and nurses must show respect to each other and each other’s work

Midwives and nurses must respect as well as defend the human dignity (no matter what stage of someone’s life it is)

Midwives and nurses must show respect the patients and their dignity under clinical practices

In respect to the right of self-determination, informed consent is considered to be a key aspect and apart from exceptional cases, it is also recognized as a violation of rights promoted to the patients while treating them without the informed consent

The process of understanding nurses' role in considering ethics as well as human rights promotes an acknowledgment about the protection and comfort of individuals towards the dignity and rights involved within the clinical settings (Bahrami et al. 2019). The nurses must practice self-indulgence while stressing human rights protection and also uphold ethical values in their profession. The purpose related to the position statement has reflected the importance of human rights towards the forefront and also provided the nurses promote specific actions in protecting these rights within the setting. It also describes the interrelation between typical obligations to nurses' ethics, the human rights concept, and also the nursing practice involved therein. The promotion of knowledge about serving the responsibilities by nurses while delivering the care and support to the patient is admissible with self-determination and choices readily induced to the patient with protection and promotion of safety (Yang and Yeh, 2018). There is a distinct relationship that has been drawn in this study between the UN assembled Convention for the rights of disabled individuals and the nursing care promoted to them under relevant conditions in the patient care setting. It has promoted the accountability of information relevant to the condition of disabled individuals and acknowledges the human rights admissible to them.

Conclusion

The summative assessment with an overview of ethics and clinical norms has been presented in this assignment. The principles for respecting dignity, the consideration of human rights, the specification of the convention promoted by the United Nation has occupied the overall study with an amplified understanding of each concept and their reliability inpatient care settings. The further achievement has drawn attention to the fact about how the nurses have induced their care and support with the right to self-determination and the association of individual choice of the patients about their treatment.
